It is compact: just over 1 km² and about 7,500 residents, according to Iplanfor.

Getting to the studio from Parque Manibura
It is a short trip. From the center of the neighborhood, the route follows Av. Hermínio de Castro and Av. Oliveira Paiva, goes along Rua Lídia Brígido and Rua Luís Girão, which becomes Rua Cândido Portinari, and reaches Av. Viena Weyne just before Av. Pedro Lazar. It is about 2.4 km by car from the center of the neighborhood.
