How long do eyelash extensions last?
Three to four weeks on average, following your natural lash cycle. A refill every 15 to 21 days keeps the set even.
What is the difference between Brazilian and Russian volume?
Brazilian volume uses Y-shaped fibers for a lighter, natural effect. Russian volume uses handmade fans of several fine fibers for denser, bolder eyes.
Is lash lifting the same as extensions?
No. Lash lifting curls and nourishes your own lashes without adding fibers. Extensions add fibers onto your natural lashes for length and volume.
Can I go to the beach or the gym with extensions?
Yes, after the first 24 hours, once the adhesive has fully cured. After the sea or the pool, rinse your face with fresh water and pat your lashes dry.
How does the booking deposit work?
When you book online you pay a deposit via Pix or card to secure your time. It is deducted from the total on the day of your appointment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Message Niely on WhatsApp as early as you can. With notice, your appointment is moved and the deposit carries over to the new date.
